The blog here is pretty much dead of topics. But I have an excuse about it. I’ve been working hard on something else and been active enough on another blog.

In Canada, the father’s day is celebrated on June 17, which is falling on sunday in the year of 2007. It is great and perfect day for many family to pamper their DADs. But, when the weather is not quite supporting your Father’s Day celebration there are many ways to keep your dad feel special:

• Hey, it is a trend now to pamper your cool DAD at the spa. Many spas have special hour package that could relax your dad. Spa is not only the place for your mom
• If your father love to renovate your home by himself, a cool toolkit would make him feel special

My cellular phone model is LG Chocolate 8500 that I’ve purchased from “Telus Mobility” Montreal Downtown branch store. A good memory of my previous cellphone that it was flushed down to the toilet by an accident therefore I would have to get another unit because I cannot afford to lose all the incoming calls through this unit number :). The phone number is being used to service people who look for limousine quotation. Anyway, in term of unit design it is a quite light portable cellular phone. Now first, let me tell you all the goodies about it.

There are more but It does not cross my mind yet :). The only thing I worry about for LG Chocolate 8500 is their “easy sensoric touch pad”. You do not want your dog scratch it or it wont be able to work properly. Oh ya, one more thing …. because the sensoric touch pad able to detect heat through its sensor, sometimes you hang up a call by accident because your cheek touchs “hang up” sensoric button. Accidents happen everywhere & everytime .

I came to write this post due to my friend who was just being approved for visa credit card and he is pretty new in this subject. Of course, as a new comer in a credit world there are not many things you know about it and it is very important as a credit card holder to understand what it is, the procedures especially procedure of credit card payment, credit card fees and tips to keep on a good standing of your credit rating.

First important rule that you have to know is The 20/10 Rule: Never let your credit card debt get to be more than 20% of your total yearly income after taxes. Also for each month, don’t have more than 10% of your monthly take-home pay in credit card payments. This is the MOST IMPORTANT rule to know because if you exceed this percentage, it’s going to be rough to keep ahead yourself.

Always make your payment ON TIME. It’s logical. You owe money, the faster you pay the bill the better it is. It is good to keep your financial situation in healthy condition. Trust me, you will sleep better at night when you know that you do not owe money to anybody .

The tips to keep yourself for doing such on time payment are:

It helps a lot when you understand at least minimum money that you have to pay in a month. It is better to show that you are paying than procrastinating yourself to delay its payment which could cause chaos financially in the future. By paying the minimum fee, at least it will cut down on the finance charges you owe. Late payment penalties are the common problem of being into bad credit situation. Stay tune with what you owe and do not let it over exceed your payment capability, you will be fine.

If you really stuck, I know it is such difficult thing to do but nothing wrong to contact your lender when you have very difficulties to pay your debt. Most creditors are willing to set up alternative payment options, especially if you inform them right away of your situation. Sometimes, you gotta do what you gotta do .

It is very easy for me to believe the power of prayer. The more I believe in my prayer the more serenity and peace I achive within my spirit. The longer I live in happiness. There will be nothing else could calm me down when my spirit is in trouble, full of self esteem, ego, pride and any defect of characters you could think of. In desperation of spiritual healing, I get down to my knees and start to praise the name of God and asking for strength and hope to get through my spirituality illness.

As time goes by and growth within my life, it is very easy to forget what my function as human being and God’s servant. I start to worry every little things that I should have not even worry about, then it will grow into deeper feeling where my ego will dominate and blame all the mistakes to somebody else. When I come to this realization of my spirituality weakness, I pray and pray to God for a strength and hope. Sometimes, I have to seek for my own moral inventories to cope.

My moral inventories motivate and drive me to be a better person. I won’t be a better person without I realize all things that I’ve done wrong and promptly admitted it. It is hard to admit your own wrongs and it is very easy to blame somebody else for your mistakes. Over seeking of my daily invetory will not help either, the only way to heal this is my daily events review and slowly try to understand the messages behind all of it. The most important thing I have to keep in mind is “God will always protect me and will not ever try to hurt me”.

Prayers are my spiritual healing and I am working and learning it every day to be a better human being.
